    Policy for Damaged Products We ensure that all products are thoroughly checked for damage before shipping. In the event that you receive a damaged product, please provide a video clearly showing the product being unboxed and the damage. We strongly recommend recording a video while opening your package to facilitate any damage claims. Please note that the video does not guarantee a claim will be approved, as long as we are certain that non-damaged items were shipped. Without a video showing the unboxing and the damage within 24 hours of the parcel being delivered, we will not be able to assist in any way. We reserve the right to make the final decision.
